Before founding Griffin Archer, Ellie spent 10 years at Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis. There she created award-winning work for brands including National Geographic, Harley-Davidson, Porsche, Levolor and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. She also launched Subaru’s long-running “Dog Tested. Dog Approved” campaign. Her work has been recognized by the Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby Awards, Communication Arts, and Emmy Awards.

Kelly held the position of Senior Partner and Director of Brand Strategy at Carmichael Lynch prior to joining Griffin Archer. Her career also includes leadership positions at best-in-class agencies Space 150 and Campbell Mithun. She is an expert at guiding brands through our rapidly evolving culture and passionate about the relationship between strategy and the creative process.

After four years at Saatchi's Team One Advertising in LA helping establish the Lexus brand's "Relentless Pursuit of Perfection," he moved to Minneapolis and Carmichael Lynch where he created the highly successful and internationally recognized "Pure" campaign for Gibson Guitars. Glen's work for Harley-Davidson, Sam Adams and Porsche helped drive each of those brands to record sales, and some of the industry's most respected creative awards.
